Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. We offer the health check as a way to help organisations understand their cybersecurity posture and determine whether further support would be valuable. We're not asking for a credit card, and there's no pressure to buy anything.
How long does it take?
Approximately half a day on-site, typically 3-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of your environment. We'll work around your team's schedule to minimise disruption.
What do I need to prepare?
Not much. We'll review any existing documentation, security policies, or architecture diagrams you have on hand. We don't perform any scanning or penetration testing — our focus is understanding your current environment through conversations with your IT team and key stakeholders. We can work with whatever you've got.
What happens after the health check?
You'll receive an indicative summary within about a week. If further assessment or implementation support makes sense, we'll discuss options — but there's no pressure or obligation to proceed. The health check stands alone as a useful piece of information.
Where do you operate?
We're based in Canberra and primarily work with organisations across ACT, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. On-site visits are included at no cost within these areas. If you're outside these regions, reach out — we may be able to arrange alternatives.
